Association for Bio Plastics Italy
The Association for Bio Plastics or "Asso Bio Plastiche", is an Italian national association dealing with the promotion, expansion and popularity of bio plastic manufacturing across Italy.
THE PROJECT
The client's specification was simple but precise. Here we had to create a corporate website which reflected through the design and content the purpose of the Association. The site was to become the national hub for all scientific activities, lobbying and legal news on bio-plastics in the country.
What was done:
- New brand for the association, including the integration of the logo and brand into the website.
- A new blog for news
- Advanced search functions for deep searches into the scientific studies and legal news
- Seamless integration with facebook and twitter, including setting up branded social accounts
- News feeds with automatic updates across the site and the social networks
- Search engine optimisation to cover this unique field
- Content Management System
- Custom designed "shortcodes" to allow the client to not only add new content but also create advanced functions and graphics on the site without any code knowledge.
Social Impact
This year has shown a monumental increase in the importance of social media. Google has officially included the social interaction of a company into it's authority algorithm and utilizes a unique tracking technology to see if you, your brand and even you executives are engaging users through social networking.Our Social team got to work with Asso Bio Plastiche and created a network of branded profiles which allows them to keep in touch with their prospective viewers and clients on a daily basis. There is no need to send an email to get a question answered or clarify something anymore, once it is spread like oil across a company's social networks the users and staff can answer right there and then.
Results
Asso Bio Plastiche has taken 2011-12 by storm, reaching thousands monthly through it's niche optimization and marketing of its website. Dignitaries, Scientists and Investors now look to Asso Bio as the industry leader in Italy for bio plastics and legal maneuvering for this new industry.
